Outlook Desktop Shared Mailbox Access/Use
If you don't see the shared email folder, wait a couple of minutes, close, and then restart your Outlook app. All emails sent to the shared email address will show up in this folder.
Your shared mailboxes will be listed on the left window, you may need to scroll down to see it. You can also right-click on a folder in the shared mailbox to "Add to Favorites" to display that folder in your favorites.

Send message from the shared email address
In Outlook, clickNew to open a new message. In the message window, above theTo button, clickFrom and change to the shared email address. Type your message and send like you normally would. The person you’re sending the email to will get the email from the shared email address.
