Email Security Message Review

Email Security Message Review

Review emails are sent depending on your companies schedule. Normally emails are sent multiple times per day. If you do not review the messages they are held for future review.

You will receive an email from TCIT Email Security with a subject such as "You have 5 messages to review". The email will show the time of the email and date it was sent along with the last time you reviewed your messages. Simply click the Review My Messages button to continue and review the messages, no sign-in is needed, each link is specific to the user it was sent to.

On the review page, you can view your messages that were held, release them, add the sender to the permanent allow list for your account, and also see why they were blocked.
Certain messages which have a very high junk score, contain verified Phishing links, have attachments with viruses, or are otherwise malicious will not show in your review list for your security.
